This is a planning estimate, not a final shopping list. We are a dry-hire service: you supply the alcohol, and we provide a shopping list and serve it. Estimates allow a little extra so you do not run short — your confirmed list from us may be lower or higher depending on your menu.

How this is figured: about 2 drinks per guest in the first hour, then about 1 drink per guest per hour after that. Wine: 5 glasses per 750ml bottle. Spirits: about 17 cocktails per 750ml bottle. Beer: 1 can or bottle per drink. Ice: about 1 lb per guest. Always round up — an opened bottle cannot be returned, but running out mid-event is worse.
Dry-hire reminder: The Define Experience does not sell, supply, or purchase alcohol for your event. As a dry-hire mobile bar service in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware, all alcohol for a private event must be purchased and provided by the host (or by the venue, where permitted), in compliance with applicable state and local alcohol laws. We provide the bartending service, bar tools, mixers, garnishes, and your shopping list — and serve only alcohol that you have lawfully provided.
