Signature evenings
Ticketed or host-booked evenings for small rooms, built around one ritual. These are experiences people attend, not parties that happen near a bar. Booking terms mirror the packages: $100 booking deposit, applied toward your total, non-refundable but transferable, 50% within 45 days, balance one week before. Alcohol and cigars are supplied by the host or venue under the dry-hire model — confirmed per venue, in writing. Guests 21+ for all alcohol evenings.
Sangria Mixology Experience
90 minutes to 2 hours. Guests 21+. Part tasting, part hands-on class: guests build their own sangria flight — a classic red, a white/peach, and Dantee's signature smoked sangria as the finale — and learn the why behind maceration, fruit pairing, and smoke. Everyone leaves with the recipe card for the classic.
- Ticketed (venue/gallery partner): $85/guest — 10-guest minimum
- Private host-booked: $495 flat up to 12 guests, +$35 per additional guest
- Premium edition: $695 flat per event — adds a take-home starter kit per guest
Ideal settings: galleries, luxury real-estate open houses (a "sangria hour" edition), private homes, and boutique retail after-hours. 10–20 guests is the sweet spot.
Sangria for this evening is made fresh and taught live at the table.
Sangria Crafting Experience
A hands-on class, not just a tasting. Guests 21+. Dantee teaches each guest how to make one of her Signature Sangrias, tailored to their own palate — together you pick your flavors, mix your sangria, and hear the story of traditional sangria making along the way.

Cigar & Whisky Experience
2 to 2.5 hours, seated. A guided whisky tasting — 3 pours (a bourbon, a rye, and a Scotch or Irish, host's pick ladder) paired with one premium cigar per guest — with palate cleansers between rounds and a closing pour. Guests 21+.
- Ticketed: $95/guest — 10-guest minimum
- Premium tier: $125 per guest (premium ticket price, in place of the $95 ticketed price) — second cigar or rarer closing pour
- Private host-booked: $750 flat up to 12 guests, +$55 per additional guest
Setting rules: outdoor terrace, cigar-friendly lounge, private club, or a venue with proper ventilation — cigars decide the venue. Cigar sourcing is per event; no inventory is carried.
